Banks’ passion and poetic lens holds a unique vision for creating a world in which the Spirit of Brotherhood is rekindled and lit aflame for all of life to thrive. In recognizing the suffering through his own introspection and the lineage of men in his family, he remembered the essence of brotherhood. Banks is an adoptee of multicultural descent and when he became old enough he questioned why he looked different from his family; his search for truth and belonging was ignited.

After 15 years of working in the underground cannabis business and spending some time in jail Banks recognized the pain of not moving towards purpose and left to create a life of integrity for himself. That search led him directly into men’s work by way of beginning to face uncomfortable parts of ourselves, finding our power inside, rather than power over others and opening our hearts as the most valuable service he can give in this life. Banks creates a sphere of passion that pushes men to their edge while balancing the scales with warmth and levity. Banks has recently begun the initiatory process of fatherhood by adopting into his life his partner’s two beautiful children as he welcomed his daughter Marrow in June of 2023. Banks is ecstatic to hold firm in his heart the pillar of fatherhood with the New Moon Brotherhood. Banks keeps his gaze sharply focused on creating a culture of men that highly value integrity and lead from the heart.

Co-Founder

Hunter grew up with three younger brothers and his Father and had many friendships with other men throughout his young adult life. There was something missing, a sense of authenticity, honesty, and vulnerability. So he created what he needed, and asked his closest guy friends to come together and talk about what was going on in their lives. The power to be held and witnessed by other men was exactly what he needed in his life.

He brings this medicine into his world and community. Using presence, compassion and curiosity he guides men closer to themselves. Hunter’s experience in facilitating men’s groups, authentic relating and wilderness therapy helps him bring his full self for others. He now works with individuals and groups to help them transform their lives and sustain meaningful connections. Hunter’s connection to the outdoors, love of movement and commitment to self-growth creates a container for men to love themselves deeper. To trust one another and believe in the support of the community and Brotherhood.

After serving in the Israeli Navy SEALs, Nir has dedicated his life to making a positive impact on those around him.

With a passion for helping young people grow and reach their full potential, Nir was instrumental in establishing a rite of passage program for youth that has since become a renowned success.

Nir's entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed have led him to work on and build multiple startups, always pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

His exceptional ability to facilitate group dynamics and build intimacy has made him a sought-after facilitator, helping individuals and teams reach new heights of collaboration and understanding.

With a love of travel and a desire to share the beauty of the world with others, Nir also works as a travel guide, showing people the hidden gems of the places he has visited.

Nir is a dedicated community builder, always seeking out ways to bring people together and strengthen bonds

Elowan is a steward of the heart. He brings deep listening, presence and compassion to his relationships and the spaces he helps create. With his big caring heart he often provides a sense of connection and safety for he cares deeply about humans, humanity, the Earth and all the beings that inhabit it.

Elowan believes that one of the keys to healing our current situation is through deeper connection - with ourselves, each other and the planet. That through this reconnection we can come to know ourselves and other humans, and through that come to find higher levels of compassion and care. He loves creating intentional and ceremonial spaces for people to show up in their authenticity, to learn from each other and grow and evolve together.

He is the founder of Sacred Evolution and Adventures in Brotherhood, the co-founder of the Chrysalis and the New Moon Brotherhood. All with the goal of healing our hearts and helping humanity step into a future of interdependence, compassion, self-awareness, cooperation, and of course, love.
